In the majority of our construction projects, we work with our clients and consultants to provide management services in all phases of the construction process from pre-construction, through construction, to post construction. We are very much at ease providing pre-construction consulting for a client or assuming the total responsibility of design/build improvements, leaving clients free to focus on more important things - like running their business! We pride ourselves in reducing the hassle for our clients in negotiating and interfacing with civic and public authorities, consultants, suppliers and trade contractors. Overseeing all design concerns and requests throughout the entire construction process is what we do best.
